The classic party dip — thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and two full cups of Parmesan, baked until bubbling. Serves a crowd. Goes fast.

10 oz (280 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry -
14 oz (1 can) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped -
⅔ cup sour cream -
1 cup cream cheese, softened -
⅓ cup mayonnaise -
2 tsp minced garlic -
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
Method

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix together the Parmesan, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Add this to the spinach mixture and stir until fully combined.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20–30 minutes until hot and bubbling. Serve with bread, crackers, or pita chips.
