Aisha’s iced coffee — condensed milk, strong instant coffee, and vanilla, with an optional shot of brandy or rum. Rich and sweet, the kind you drink at a table with people you love. Five minutes start to finish.

1 tin condensed milk -
1 pint milk -
½ pint strong Nescafé or instant coffee -
vanilla — to taste -
shot(s) of brandy or rum — optional but encouraged -
ice, to serve
Method

Dissolve the milk into the condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Add the strong coffee and stir well.

Add vanilla to taste. Pour over ice and serve — with a shot of brandy or rum if you like.
Notes
- If you don’t have condensed milk, use 1½ pints of regular milk and add sugar to taste.
