Cilantro-Mint Chutney
A bright, herby blended chutney — fresh cilantro and mint with jalapeño, ginger, garlic, and yogurt. Tangy and green and versatile. Serve alongside grilled meats, as a dip, or with samosas and pakoras. Keeps in the fridge for several days.

½ cup yogurt -
3 tbsp lemon juice -
1 bunch fresh cilantro -
1 cup mint leaves, packed -
1 medium jalapeño -
2 tsp fresh ginger, sliced -
1 clove garlic -
½ tsp salt -
½ tsp sugar -
½–1 tbsp water
Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and lemon quantities.
Notes
- Add peanuts or desiccated coconut to make it a bit thicker — great as a dipping sauce.
